Swain's Pond is fed by Deep Brook and Scotty Hollow Brook, and is created by a dam at Dunstable Road. Although small, the parcel provides fishing, skating, and picnicking opportunities, as well as important protection against inundation in flood prone areas in North Chelmsford.
